System status

Service status and
deployment model.

HiClip is self-hosted. This page explains the components and where to check them; it does not display an “all green” indicator that may already be stale. Use deployment monitoring and the admin console for live status.

For operators

How do I check the full workflow?

Verify the API, worker, database, Redis, and object storage, then run one import, analysis, export, and publish.

  • Admin console › Background jobs: queued, running, and failed tasks
  • Project details: transcript, candidates, and export history
  • Orders and Apple notifications: subscriptions and refunds
  • Object storage: signed upload and playback URLs
